The last quarter of the year typically yields the most sales for retail. Which means we really should look at planning for that time of year long before the leaves begin to change color.

In this presentation, we'll look at typical things we may all need to look at in order to avoid costly last-minute actions as well as getting your promotional base set up BEFORE you get too busy to be able to brainstorm. It's a helpful hints session to make your prep a little less hectic so you can make connections and sales with confidence.
