**Terms and Conditions for application into the Uniquely Handmade: An Artisan Market**
These terms and conditions govern the submission of applications and the participation in the Uniquely Handmade: An Artisan Market (the "Show"), hosted by Makers Together™ ("Organizer"). By applying, the Applicant agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility
All merchandise sold at the Show must be handmade by the Applicant. No manufactured goods, kits, licensed patterns, purchased products, or direct sale items will be considered.
Applicants must complete the application process to be considered for selection.

Application and Selection Process
Applicants must fill out the application form provided by the Organizer.
​
Selection will be based on the quality, originality, and craftsmanship of the merchandise as determined by a jury appointed by the Organizer. The decision of the jury is final and binding.

Participation
Selected participants will be notified via email.
​
Organizer agrees to promote only the pieces that were submitted for the application, no substitutions will be accepted.
​
Participants are solely responsible for the sale and distribution of their work including, but not limited to, the collection of payment, applicable sales taxes and shipping costs. Organizer does not consign any of the work in the show.
​
Organizer is required to submit Form S-240 to State of Wisconsin Department of Revenue for Temporary Event program. Participants will be required to fill out Section C of Wisconsin's Form S-240 for reporting purposes. Form can be downloaded here.

Fees
​
There is no application fee for this show. However, selected participants agree to pay the participation fee of $60 (for non-members) / $50 (for a Makers Together™ member)

Intellectual Property
​
Participants retain all intellectual property rights to their merchandise.
​
Participants grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use their images for the purpose of promoting the art show, including but not limited to social media posts, website promotion, and print materials.

Liability
​
Participants agree to assume all liability for any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising in connection with their merchandise and participation in the Show. The Organizer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages incurred by Participants or any third party in relation to the Show. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring their merchandise and business practices comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The Organizer does not provide any warranty regarding the Show, including but not limited to, the number of sales, customer reach, or the success of the Participants’ participation.

Amendments
​
The Organizer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Applicants/Participants via email or through the Show's website.

Acceptance
Submission of an application constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. The Organizer looks forward to showcasing the unique and handmade merchandise from talented creators.
